Welcome
Here at St. Andrew’s, we specifically welcome those who have been displaced from other spiritual communities. We welcome, include, and are led by people of all genders and sexual orientations, people with disabilities, people from other places and people just passing through. If this is your first time worshipping with us, we want you to know that we are happy to have you, and excited for you to witness the way we worship. We invite you to introduce yourself to a neighbor or a friendly face and let them know this is your inaugural service! If there are any parts that are confusing, please let us know, and we are happy to clarify.
At a Glance
Parking
The entrance to our parking lot is located at the corner of Federal Ave and Clarkson Rd, one block north of National Blvd. Enjoy our wide parking spaces, wheelchair accessible spaces, and same-level transitions. We also have wheelchairs and walkers at the ready for those who need a little extra support.

Attire
We are a casual community - no dress code required! Congregation members generally wear slacks, jeans, shorts, skirts, or dresses, depending on their comfort level. We love a good Hawaiian shirt! Layers are recommended.

Children
God made the children, and all the squirms, wiggles, and “joi de vive” inside of them; please don't feel you need to suppress it in God's house. Kids tables with crayons and books are integrated into our worship space, and our Narthex has books, toys, and a speaker so families can participate at their own comfort.

Offering
"Come as you are" extends to the offering plate as well. If you feel moved to support our mission through a monetary offering, there are electronic and in-person options. However, do not feel obligated, as we are just pleased to have you worship with us.

Online Services (Zoom)
Not able to make it to the church on Sunday morning? Join us on Zoom. All you need is a free Zoom account and a device. Just drop us a note in the contact form below, and we will send you the meeting link, along with a weekly bulletin and suggestions for creating a sacred spiritual space at home.

Music & Liturgy
Music has a special place in our hearts. Some like to sing or play; others prefer to listen - and both are respected in this space. Our music and liturgy always incorporates time-honored traditions as well as new sounds, cultures, and languages. New to church, or a lifelong Lutheran? There is something for everyone!
